Yes, we have been increasing our premiums regularly since June 2019 in order to preserve the value of our policyholders benefits.

The cost of service provision has increased by over 1000% whilst the rate of premium increase is well below that. However, a member is free to realign benefits with premiums that he or she can afford.
Yes, the grocery allowance will also increase.
The cash payouts will increase whilst all the other benefits on the policy remain the same.
The client shall pay all arrears at new rates up to the effective date of change.
We only accept premiums one month in advance.
There is no refund on premium paid. All policies have no surrender value.
Yes, you can as long as you will be wearing a mask and be able to cooperate with our security team who are enforcing the Covid 19 regulations.
